#6 Eastern South Dakota - Chief Financial Officer

A well established, profitable ag company is looking to hire their next CFO.  Ideal candidate has a strong accounting and finance background and is in a senior level accountant role or similar currently.  A CPA is preferred but not necessary.  Ag accounting experience desired but also not a deal breaker.  Inquire right away if interested, they are looking to bring the right person on to start right away in 2021.

Multi location agronomy company is looking for a location manager to oversee all employees, grower relations, day to day operations and financials.  This person should have prior agronomy management experience or agronomy operations and sales background that is ready for the next steps in their career.  Pay includes full benefits, competitive base pay and bonus potential.

A progressive and growing retail client of ours is seeking a strong Agronomy and Grain Management person in their territory.  Candidate should have diverse agronomy and/or grain skills and demonstrated sales ability.  Prior management experience or the ability to move into a management role is necessary.

Diverse farming operation (in the Southeastern part of the state) is looking for a good row cropping employee. This person MUST have a strong background in crops and/or seed. The right candidate will be able to operate basic farm equipment, sprayers, loaders, etc. This is a great position for someone that has Agriculture in their blood! This opportunity is different than most farmhand positions --- a person can grow within the farm and move into management, as this is a large farm with a commercial side ag business, but is run by the family and those who work here are treated like family!

Area co-op on the eastern side of the state is looking for an agronomy sales person.  This person is ideally in a similar role already or has a sound understanding of agronomy practices and great written and verbal communication skills.   An associates or bachelor's degree in preferred but not required.  Compensation includes a base salary and commission incentives along with full benefits that cover health, paid time off, retirement and more.

Immediate opening for an experienced farm manager in Central North Dakota.  This person should have a sound understanding of all row crop operations.  Position includes management of 7500+ acres of wheat and small grains.  Prior GPS/Autosteer experience is necessary.  CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus.  Pay includes a competitive salary with bonus, paid time off and other unique benefits.  This is a large scale family owned operation where they want someone to be part of the place, not just a worker.
